VOLUNTEER

Volunteers must be:

• Over 18 years of age*
• Able to greet, interact with, and assist members of the community with an attitude that is encouraging, uplifting, helpful, and non-judgmental.
• Able to lift at least 25lbs from floor level, stand for long periods of time, and make regular use of hands in the organization of donated material.
• Able to work cooperatively with other volunteers without conflict or disharmony.
• Able to greet, interact with, and assist donors of Care & Share with an attitude of thanksgiving.
• Able to read, understand, and obey Care & Share policies and procedures and heed direction from the Executive Director and the Board of Directors.

*Minors 13 years old or older may volunteer at the express permission of a parent or guardian. Volunteers younger than 13 years old must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
